Franco,
I have now used your service 3 times, and all 3 were excellent. The first time was my stagette. My girls surprised me with the SUV limo. We had a fabulous time, and the limo & service was beyond great. We then decided to use Elegant for our wedding. Again, service was fabulous-- prompt, courteous, and funky. So when it was my turn to get a limo for a stagette of course we chose Elegant. Your flexibility and customer service was GREAT. The first 2 times Franco was our driver, of course it was excellent. This last time we had Gary (I hope I got the name right!! there is a reason we took a limo instead of drove!) and he was every bit as good as Franco.
I just really wanted to say THANKS for makeing 3 special occasions fantastic.

Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service that our group was provided to and from the Toronto Airport. We were a group of 7 family members traveling together and after checking prices on park and fly, and other transportation alternatives to get to from the Toronto Airport - we booked your services - which was the best price of the few limo services that I checked with, and not much more than the other alternatives. It was a very relaxing and stress-free ride both ways. I would highly recommend your service for Airport transfers - it's really part of the trip! Thanks again for the great service.

Just wanted to send an email to thanks for the great service we had on Saturday. The limo was fantastic….everyone in my group was very impressed. I would definitely book you again and will refer your company to friends and family. By the way, we seemed to have misplaced a small black camera bag (it says PENTAX on it). Hoping you may have found it! I cleaned out the limo when we returned to my place and I don’t remember picking it up.

The service was excellent! I appreciated your flexibility and laid back approach. You were right on time the entire evening (which I have learned is not always the case with other companies). My friends truly enjoyed the entire evening and there was nothing but excellent things said about the limo. I will be sure to post the a photo or two on the website (there is an excellent one that you took for us outside of the casino).

I was more than pleased with the service Elegant Limousine provided.. wow.. I was so happy we did go with your company :-) The limo was very comfortable and clean! The driver was very nice, friendly, and very professional.... He was patient with us while we were running a bit late at the hotel on the first pick up... .
We are a crazy bunch of people and im glad the limo driver had patience with us :-) He was willing to go to another place for our pictures and he got us to the reception on time!!!
I forgot our driver's name.. could you give it to me please :-) When our pictures are ready to put in our thank you cards we will be mailing it out to you....
Elegant Limousine did an exceptional job!!! I wish you all the best as well :-) We definitely will be making referrals when our friends get married :-)

Hi Franco I just read your email. Bruno and I are doing great. Married life is fun. As far as the wedding, your services where perfect. The drivers where very professional. I was afraid of the drive, not only was I nervous but I get car sick, but I had no problem. There was also some traffic on the way to the church, but they comunicated with each other and all went well. I only made Bruno wait a little bit.
They where the best. I highly recommend your company to anyone I know.
Have a great weekend. And if we ever need a limo of any kind, you are the first we will call.

The limo service was impecable. Our limo driver Brian was the nicest and most courteous person we dealth with during our wedding. He was very friendly, respectable and sincere. As the enitre wedding party with the exception of the bride and groom had food poisoning from whatever they ate the night before, and we had to make a few unscheduled pit stops, Brian was very accomodating. Thanks for helping making our wedding day the success it was. We loved the service and look forward to booking you again.

Everything went very well. Brian was actually the driver for my wedding he is excellent. I have rented many limos, and have had many drivers, but he far exceeds anyone in customer satisfaction, and service. I work in a customer service environment, so i am very picky about cetain things, but your company is awesome. The limo was clean (very clean),and Brain did an excellent job on making sure that we had everything at the end of the evening.
