1.  How do I book a limo?

Call us and and make a deposit with a credit card.  The deposit amount is credited to the total and is usually 30% or $100, whichever is more.

2.  How are your rates set?

A number of variables determine the rate.  The key variables are vehicle size, type of vehicle, number of passengers, pick-up location, number of hours needed and the day your require service. A pick-up out of town will be more than an in city pick-up due to travel time.  A weekend or holiday may cost more than a weekday.  

3.  How do I get a Quote?

You can request a Quote by email or phone.  Vehicles are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.  Make sure you have a credit card available, know the number of passengers, the start and end points of your trip, and the type of event.  Your reservation specialist will check vehicle availability for that date and time, tell you what he/she has available and the price.  If you call back at a later time, the date and/or vehicle may no longer be available.  Remember reservations are constantly being accepted, which means availability can change quickly.

4.  Is my credit card charged the full amount before the run?

The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card or you can pay cash at the first pick-up location.

5.  What if I'm not sure how many people will be coming?

Set a maximum number of people you expect. It's better to have more space than not enough space.

6.  What if I am not sure about what limo would be best?

We are here to help you make an informed choice on what vehicle or package is best for you.  

7. What if I want to change my pick-up location or destination?

If you have booked your limousine for a point-to-point transfer, the price may change, depending on the distance travelled. If you booked the vehicle for a number of hours, you can go anywhere you want.  If you are not sure where you will be going, simply say "As Directed" when asked where you will be going.

8.  Is there a minimum number of hours?

Yes.  For weddings, in the peak season (May – October) usually 3-4 hours during the day.  

9.  Do I get my deposit back if I change my mind?

No.  Deposits are not refundable.  When you book a stretched limo or stretched suv limo we put that vehicle on hold for you and do not book it for other clients. 

10  What is included in the wedding package?

The red carpet, champagne, just married sign, ice and bottled water  are all provided at no extra charge.  

11. Is it possible to tour Niagara, Hamilton or Toronto for a number of days, a week or longer?

Yes.  Make arrangements with your Elegant Limousine service representative.

12.  What if I book a limo and want to make changes?

Easy.  Just call or email us back.

13.  What if I decide during the rental that I want to extend the duration of the rental?

Let your Chauffeur know as soon as possible.  If the Chauffeur does not have a booking immediately after your booking, it should be possible to extend the booking.

14. Are Elegant Limousine's rates competitive?

Yes, our rates are very competitive and represent excellent value when you consider the quality of our limo services for the corporate and retail markets. Beware of low-priced limo companies that may not be properly licensed or insured and may employ unqualified or even unlicensed Chauffuers.  

15. What regulations apply to the limousine industry?


Elegant Limousine meets all regulatory and insurance requirements to operate in Ontario.  All limousine companies are required to obtain an operator's license and insurance before they can do business in Ontario, but there is not full enforcement.  This puts the responsibility on the buyer to check that the company being considered is fully licensed, qualified and insured.   

16. What red flags should I look for?

Does the company have a physical address?  Is it possible to visit the office? Can you drop by to view the company's fleet of vehicles?  You may find that there is no office, no fleet and just one vehicle that is far below your expectations. We invite you to drop by anytime to see our fleet of late-model limousines. 

17. Should I insist on seeing my vehicle before I book it?

Yes.  You could be in for a bad surprise if you don't see your vehicle until it arrives at your destination -- and it is too late to make other arrangements.

18. How long has Elegant Limousine been in buiness?

19. Are Elegant Limos cleaned and inspected before every limo booking?

Yes.  Although this is not a common practice with many limo operators, we insist every one of our vehicles is cleaned and inspected before every booking. 

20. Does Elegant Limousine offer consumer packages with special rates and extra amenities? 

Yes.  We have great packages for weddings , proms and special events.   

22. Does Elegant Limousine have late-model limos?

Yes, we have one of the best collections of late-model limousines.

23. Can Elegant Limousine accommodate extra special requirements?

Yes.  As one of Niagara's leading limousine companies, we can meet -- and exceed -- the expectations of even the most discerning client.
